Harmanjot Sidhu

Harmanjot Sidhu (Punjabi: ਹਰਮਨਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ; born on 24 February) is an Radio Jockey, Anchor, Show presenter.

Harmanjot Sidhu was born on 24 February into a Sikh family in the village of Burj Sidhwan (Malout), Sri Muktsar Sahib district, Punjab (India). His father, Sarbjot Singh is a Farmer or Media Repoter and his mother Jaswinder Kaur is a homemaker. He has one sibling one younger brother. He spent his childhood in Burj Sidhwan (Malout) where he completed his formal education, including his high school diploma from Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College of Information Technology (Chhapianwali). While still in college, he began his event hosting program on stage.

My Story

1993

Harmanjot Sidhu was born on 24 February into a Sikh family in the village of Burj Sidhwan (Malout), Sri Muktsar Sahib district, Punjab (India). His father, Sarbjot Singh is a Farmer or Media Repoter and his mother Jaswinder Kaur is a homemaker.

1998

He spent his childhood in Burj Sidhwan (Malout) where he completed his formal education in Guru Nanak Model School or Govt High School (Burj Sidhwan)

2010

Desi World Radio is world’s first Punjabi Radio which is developed in 2010. Also we have good Radio Jockey or great ideas to promote Punjabi world wide. First we start our radio in USA, after few month we get very good response from listener so we thought why not promote radio world wide where Punjabi’s live ? So than we start our radio world wide or make Studio in Malout (Punjab).

2012

This project is far bigger than we did previously in this field. Our mission is promote Punjabi language, Punjabi culture, because next generation don’t forget background. We try our best to broadcast good shows or interviews on Radio.

2014

Doing many show’s or activities outdoor or studio also achieved so many awards for Radio.

2016

His high school diploma from Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College of Information Technology (Chhapianwali). While still in college, he began his event hosting program on stage.

2017

Got Award tittle of ‘Best Punjabi Youth Radio 2017’.
